WWE.com is reporting at this link that Matt Hardy suffered a broken hand during his “I Quit” match with brother Jeff Hardy at last night’s Backlash PPV in Providence. The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online reports that Matt is believed to have broken his right hand and could be out of action for as long as four to six weeks. He was scheduled to start a program with MVP for the WWE United States Title over on Raw imminently, although that was the plan as of a few weeks ago and may have changed.
