WWE reaches settlement over lawsuit

Judge Clay D. Land has officially closed WWE’s lawsuit against Air, Sea and Ground Inc., Rockford-Montgomery Labs, Inc. and the IAHL Corporation (formerly Three Sixty, Inc) for non-payment of an agreed upon fee on April 23 reports PWInsider. The lawsuit was pertaining to the sponsors of WrestleMania 23 back in 2007. WWE had filed a suit for a claimed $1,176,470.59 in money owed over the sponsorship as well as complaints that the OTC 360 website had left material up relating to WWE that gave the impression that there was a continued relationship between the company when it was not the case. IAHL Corporation and WWE were able to come to terms over a settlement.
