With Lilian Garcia finishing up with WWE at the Raw taping this Monday (September 21) in Little Rock, Arkansas, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that there has been talk of having Howard Finkel assume the role of ring announcer if they can’t find a permanent replacement by September 28.
