To update on an earlier report, The Wrestling Observer is reporting that it is actually Fox, not Time Warner, that plans to pull its content from Time Warner Cable on Friday if a new deal isn’t reached where Time Warner pays Fox $1 per subscriber to keep all the Fox channels (Fox, FX, Fox News, Fox Sports Net and several MyNetworkTV affiliates). This means WWE Friday Night Smackdown will not air in major markets if a deal doesn’t go through some time this week.
