According to an article by the Chicago Independent Press, WWE is reportedly in discussion with Fathom Events to present Wrestlemania 27 in 3D across the nation in movie theaters.
“Though the news is purely at the rumor stage, WWE discussions with Fathom are ongoing as each company haggles over revenue. WWE wants 47% of Pay-Per-View (PPV) revenue while Fathom wants a larger cut of the action. WWE also wants a reported 60-70% of revenue from theaters as well.”
