The current plan is for John Cena to face Nexus leader Wade Barrett at January’s Royal Rumble PPV, not at Wrestlemania as once thought. WWE believes they can keep Nexus together as a unit Wrestlemania, and then split some of the them off in the draft to the Smackdown roster, reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
