After SmackDown went off the air, the following matches were taped Friday night (12/20) in Brooklyn, NY at Barclay’s Center for the Christmas Day episode of WWE NXT on USA.
WWE NXT Christmas Day episode tapings:
– Isaiah “Swerve” Scott defeated Jack Gallagher.
– Dominik Dijakovic defeated Bronson Reed.
– Keith Lee and Lio Rush defeated Damian Priest and Tony Nese.
Also scheduled for the Christmas Day episode of NXT is Roderick Strong defending his NXT North American title in an open challenge.
Strong did defend his title against Austin Theory in a match that was taped before the December 11 episode of NXT went live on the USA Network.
The following matches were taped for the Christmas Day episode of WWE NXT before the December 18 show went live on the USA Network.
– Bianca Belair defeated Shotzi Blackheart.
– Candice LeRae defeated Taynara Conti.
