WWE/ECW referee Kennan Quinn, who was just sent back down to WWE’s Florida Championship Wrestling developmental territory, was released by WWE this week reports PWInsider. Quinn was sent to FCW when the decision was made to use a singular crew of referees for a loop instead of a separate collection of referees for each brand as part of WWE’s economic cutbacks.
