The word that made the rounds in FCW is that DH Smith (Harry Smith) will either be on tonight’s Raw or next Monday’s show to join up with the Legacy group of Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes reports The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online. There had been talk of bringing up Smith and TJ Wilson to the Smackdown roster as a new tag team to face WWE Tag Team Champions Carlito & Primo, but those plans were changed.
