Genius Products, which distributes WWE DVDs, is reportedly in serious financial peril after being de-listed for failing to release a third quarter fiscal report according to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The company lost $11.7 million in the second quarter. This will affect WWE as they wanted to start releasing Blu-Rays late last year, but were not able to because of the financial issues with Genius. While Blu-Ray has become a growing technology, WWE was reportedly not happy that UFC beat them to the market with them.
