WWE cancels Smackdown event in Tijuana

The scheduled WWE Smackdown event on February 18 in Tijuana, Mexico has been canceled due to poor ticket sales reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Events in Leon, Mexico on February 19 and Guadalajara, Mexico on February 20 are still on.
