WWE trademarks “Then Now Forever” after similar CBS ad, Intergender match advertised

PWInsider is reporting that WWE filed a trademark on February 4 for the phrase “Then Now Forever” after a similar ad by CBS aired during Super Bowl weekend.

CBS aired an ad with the phrase “Then, Now, Always” that was similar to WWE.

WWE has been using the similar phrase on programming since 2012.

Intergender match advertised

WWE has advertised a special Intergender Special Attraction match for a live event.

Dean Ambrose vs. Nia Jax is being advertised for a WWE live event in Jonesboro, Arkansas on February 22, in what is being touted as the “first time ever in Jonesboro.”
