The latest episode in the #205Life series focusing on WWE’s Cruiserweight division focuses on Hideo Itami and his final two weeks with the company.
In the video, Itami talks about living in Orlando for the last four years during his time with NXT and later getting brought up to the main roster as part of 205.
Itami discussed some of the challenges he faced when moving to the United States, including having a hard time learning English. The end of the series shows Itami having an emotional goodbye with WWE stars Shinsuke Nakamura and Asuka.
As reported last week, Itami requested his release from WWE and finished up after last week’s 205 Live TV tapings in Phoenix following the Royal Rumble. Reports last week indicated Itami became “unsatisfied creatively” with his WWE career.
