WWE Smackdown Live Results for Christmas:
* Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson def. Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Bar, The Usos and Sanity in a non-title match. New Day were on commentary wearing Santa outfits.
* R-Truth (dressed as Santa) and Carmella walk out. They are interrupted by WWE Champion Daniel Bryan who calls the crowd “fickle” for buying into a comedy act. Bryan says Truth’s career is a joke. Truth and Carmella do a dance break and Bryan attacks Truth.
* Mustafa Ali def. Andrade “Cien” Almas.
* MizTV segment with Shane McMahon. Despite a mixed reaction from the crowd, Shane agrees to be a tag team with The Miz.
* Jeff Hardy def. Samoa Joe via count out.
* Rusev def. Shinsuke Nakamura in the main event to become the new WWE United States Champion. Rusev celebrated with Lana after the match.
