The 2/16 WWE Monday Night Raw drew a 4.1 cable rating reports PWInsider. The first hour drew a 3.86, while the second hour drew a strong 4.35. This is way up from last week’s 3.4 rating and is the highest rated episode of Raw for 2009 so far. It was also the highest rated episode of Raw since December 2007.
