Shawn Michaels on his return to the ring: “A lot of fun to do, but I’m glad it’s over”

WWE has posted an interview (above) with Shawn Michaels moments after his return to the ring on Friday at the Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia.

Michaels, who teamed with Triple H, was successful in his first match back in WWE since 2010, getting a tag team victory over The Undertaker and Kane.

HBK talked about the nerves heading into his match, taking bumps again inside the ring and why he isn’t likely to do it ever again.

“This whole day has been anxious…and nerves and everything else. Once I got in there though, with everybody, it was fun, it was comfortable. Did a few things, got a little warm, you forget just how tough this is on your body. I’ll be feeling it for the next several days. It will be a very good reminder why I didn’t do it for eight years and why I’m not going to do it again…if I can possibly help it. Monday, Shawn is back at the PC (Performance Center). We are going back to our regular life, boys. A lot of fun to do, but I’m glad it’s over to.”
