Local commercials in various markets across the U.S. for upcoming WWE events are said to be now pushing ticket prices for the events starting at $20.00 to $25.00 reports PWInsider. A commercial ran in the New York market last night during Raw hyping WWE’s return to Madison Square Garden on April 28 with tickets starting as low as $20.00 (although prices were listed as high as $75.00, $50.00 and $45.00). So it would appear WWE’s latest strategy to battle the down economy is to drop ticket prices for live events to make it more affordable.
