Triple H talks about Tegan Nox injury

ESPNW is featuring an interview with Paul “Triple H” Levesque about Tegan Nox suffering an injury to her leg at the Mae Young Classic tapings earlier this week.

As reported earlier, the belief was that Nox injured her leg during a dive to the outside during a semifinals match against Rhea Ripley.

Triple H talked about the injury being “heartbreaking” after Nox suffered an ACL injury last summer and was just starting to return to the ring for NXT.

“To come here tonight and be in a position to where, let me just say, it couldn’t have been any more heartbreaking for her. Emotionally, just couldn’t have been any more heartbreaking. I don’t know, at this point, what happened. She landed funky on a dive and hurt herself. The doctor looked at it, and it was so painful at the point that he couldn’t manipulate the disk to see if it was an ACL.”
