Jazzy Gabert, otherwise known on the independents as The Alpha Female, posted the following on Twitter on Thursday, revealing that she will not be taking part in the Mae Young Classic tournament this year after taking part last year.

Gabert lost in the first round to Abbey Laith (Kimber Lee), but gained a cult following with her performance. Gabert was reportedly offered a NXT developmental deal following the tournament, but the contract was rescinded when pre-signing medical testing revealed a neck injury that required surgery.
