A video package opens the show focusing on the Elimination Chamber match, The Shield vs. John Cena, Sheamus and Ryback and The Rock defending the WWE Championship against CM Punk.
A graphic opening hits welcoming us to the Elimination Chamber PPV. We go live to New Orleans where a huge display of pyro goes off in the entrance area. Michael Cole welcomes us to the final Pay Per View event before Wrestlemania 29.
