While nothing has been officially confirmed by TNA on their website, we’ve had a few readers send us word that an announcement is appearing on the official website for TNA star Hernandez stating that he underwent surgery for a legitimate neck injury and will be out of action for the next 6 to 9 months.
Update (7:15 p.m. ET): PWInsider is reporting that Hernandez may only miss up to 2 to 3 months. The company ran an injury angle on Impact this past Thursday where Hernandez was attacked by the new British Invasion heel stable.
