TNA has posted a video featuring TNA President Dixie Carter announcing that the 3/9 Lockdown PPV in Miami will go back to featuring all matches inside a steel cage. Last year’s PPV was the first since the creation of the event in 2005 to only feature the top matches inside the cage.
