The Wrestling Observer is reporting that no criminal charges will be filed regarding the Hulk Hogan sex tape. Hulk Hogan’s attorney contacted the police, but both police and state officiales said they had no case saying nothing criminal took place. The initial belief is that they would not prosecute because Hogan was either aware he was being taped or was at least aware he had been taped for some time.
