Court documents filed in the TNA vs. WWE lawsuit case not that TNA “officially terminated” Ric Flair effective 5/11/12. As reported on Sunday, WWE noted in their company statement that Flair had been fired by TNA several weeks before TNA filed a lawsuit against them claiming they were attempting to sign Flair. TNA claimed in the lawsuit that Flair had no showed the Sacrifice PPV on 5/13, two days after he was terminated by the company.
