One of the many lawsuits filed by Hulk Hogan against his ex-wife Linda was thrown out of court this week alleging that Linda (as his business manager) and Wells Fargo (his insurance company) did not let him know he was under-insured and thus was liable for millions in the John Graziano settlement. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Hogan had only $250,000 worth of insurance for every passenger in a vehicle owned by him. Between this settlement and his divorce settlement, Hogan was believed to be “heavily in debt” at one point.
