According to a report on Prowrestling.net, the trial for Jeff Hardy’s September 2009 drug possession arrest has once again been granted a continuance. The reason for the continuance was the defense was trying to contact the county’s Sentencing Services Program, which determines whether a case should just have rehab instead of jail time. They didn’t get in contact with them so a continuance was given.
