In regards to the return of Christopher Daniels at the Impact tapings on March 16th, Daniels is still under contract to Ring of Honor and the agreement originally in play between both ROH and TNA was that Daniels could only appear on TNA television under a mask (either as the “Suicide” character or a new one). The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that there was no agreement in place to allow him to appear without a mask and TNA just ended up doing it anyway. ROH’s TV deal with HDNet comes to a close in two weeks.
