Newly crowned TNA Champion Jeff Hardy’s court case will resume tomorrow in Monroe, North Carolina reports Mike Aldren. The belief is that TNA must be confident in the proceedings in regards to his rumored plea deal to put the championship back on Hardy as last night’s Against All Odds PPV.
