Despite reports in the media stating that TNA star Jeff Hardy planned to plead guilty to at least one of the drug charges being brought against him, Jason Powell and Chris Shore of Prowrestling.net are reporting that the hearing held today in Moore County, NC has resulted in yet another continuance. Both parties reportedly needed more time to work out a deal. The next hearing is scheduled for February 16, 2011. Hardy did not attend today’s hearing.
