Stefanos Chen of AOL Real Estate passed on an article he did regarding Hulk Hogan battling some real estate woes regarding the sale of his home in Clearwater, Florida.
“After a messy, public divorce from wife Linda, the 17,000 square-foot Belleair estate was relisted in 2009 for $13.9 million – a far cry from the $25 million list price it commanded in 2006. Most recently, the princely estate was listed for $10.9 million. (Not even Hogan’s 24-inch pythons could fend off the housing bubble.)”
