Former ECW star Francine Fournier turned down an invitation to take part in this Sunday’s TNA Hardcore Justice PPV reports The Wrestling Observer. Francine joins other former ECW stars like Shane Douglas, Mikey Whipwreck, Lance Storm, Steve Corino, Roadkill and others who turned down invites from the company.
