Eric Bischoff announced at the TNA Impact tapings on Monday night in Orlando that the 8/12 edition of Impact would feature a special card that was PPV caliber. The show will only be two hours and not three hours as reported earlier by The Wrestling Observer. To clarify, Jason Powell of Prowrestling.net (who was also credited in the original report) never reported it would be a three hour show. Were told the focus of the program will carry a theme of less interviews and more in-ring action.
