In regards to Ed Ferrara’s release from TNA, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that he was one of the many cuts over budget issues. Ferrara was brought in at a good salary and when some cutbacks were on the table, one of the divisions reduced was creative. His departure means Vince Russo will have an even heavier workload. Ferrara was highly praised for his work with TNA and handled a good portion of interview pre-tapes.
