One of the main reasons for the angle taking place in TNA with Mick Foley leaving was because his annual contract listed a maximum number of dates and TNA used him so often that he was already way above the pace set. Were told Ric Flair is also in a similar situation and so much so that TNA will run out of dates with him before his year is up unless something is changed.
