In regards to Kevin Nash missing last night’s Genesis PPV, what TNA said on the air was completely legit and not storyline reports PWInsider. Nash was hospitalized earlier on Sunday in Charlotte, NC with what was described as a severe staph infection in his elbow and there was fear he may have blood poisoning. The infection is said to be very serious and there was lots of concern backstage over Nash’s health.
