We’ve received a few emails asking who the other “former World Champion” was that TNA was teasing through its mobile service throughout the week leading up to the Lockdown PPV. While one of the teases ended up with an appearance by former WWE star Bobby Lashley, the other individual was not Stevie Richard as the company did note that only one of the identities would be “unlocked” at the PPV while another would simply be teased. While nothing is confirmed, some failed to point out that before Samoa Joe made his entrance during the Lethal Lockdown match that he was shown backstage and a voice was barely heard speaking to him. Joe was wearing a towel over his head as this took place seeming to hint that it could be former ECW and WWE star Taz. Joe then made his entrance a few moments later after this was shown on the PPV.
