Ring of Honor issued the following tweets on Thursday morning apologizing for comments made by current ROH Champion Jay Briscoe on Twiter yesterday. Briscoe, who has since deleted his official Twitter account, made comments about the state of Delaware passing a new law to allow gay marriage in the state.
Briscoe’s tweets said the following: “The Delaware Senate passed a bill yesterday that allows same sex couples to get married. If that makes you happy, then congratulations!!!!!!
… try and teach my kids that there’s nothing wrong with that and I’ll f*cking shoot you.”
