According to a report by Mike Johnson, Roger Artigiani announced at the close of the National Pro Wrestling day event on Saturday that the former ECW Arena would be re-opening its doors. Movements to remove current leaseholder Joanna Pang from the venue have been ongoing. The former ECW Arena in Philadelphia saw a the entire building stripped down for a planned remodeling and has been unused for over a year now. Early word is that the venue would be ready to go by the end of 2013.
