According to the NWA Legends Fanfest, WWE Hall of Famer Blackjack Mulligan will be making his first convention appearance this August in Charlotte, NC. This is believed to be Mulligan’s first signing appearance since WCW Slamboree in 1994 in Philadelphia, PA. For more, click here.
