Former ECW and WWE star Rob Van Dam made an appearance on MSNBC earlier this morning along with former White House Drug Czar Barry McCaffrey (who was the Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) under President Bill Clinton from 1996 to 2001) debating marijuana.
