New Japan Pro Wrestling announced on Saturday that AJ Styles has been pulled from the recent of the company’s current tour due to a herniated disc in his lower back.
Styles has returned home to Georgia. Ring of Honor remains hopeful Styles will be able to headline the upcoming Final Battle PPV on 12/18 against Jay Lethal for the ROH Championship. Styles is scheduled to return to New Japan on 1/4 for Wrestle Kingdom 10 at the Tokyo Dome against Shinsuke Nakamura.
