It was revealed in a report by Dave Meltzer that the night before every game, the NFL’s San Franciso 49ers show the players video of Ric Flair to “psych them up.” Several players have been spotted doing Ric Flair promos before and after games. Other NFL teams (Green Bay Packers and Carolina Panthers) have used footage of Flair to get players hyped for a game. As for Flair, he is scheduled to film a role in a movie in Hollywood in the next few weeks.
