WAFF.com is reporting that Bobby Eaton has been served with an arrest warrant stemming back from a DUI charge in 2002. Local police Jackson County, Alabama are now revisiting cases where people arrested failed to show in court. Eaton along with others have been urged to turn themselves in. [WAFF.com]
Linda Hogan charged with DUI after October arrest
TMZ.com is reporting that Linda Hogan has been officially charged with DUI following an arrest back in October. Linda had claimed she only had one glass of champagne, while a representative said she was on antiobiotics enhancing the effects of the alcohol. She has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one count of driving with a suspended license. [TMZ.com]
