According to a report by PWInsider.com, the Supreme Court has ruled it will not hear an appeal in regards to the Nancy Benoit case where Benoit’s family was trying to have a dismissed judgment against Hustler Magazine reinstated. A year after her death, Hustler published nude photos of Nancy taken when she was young. Hustler argued the photos were newsworthy and protected under the freedom of the press.
