Shelton Benjamin noted on Facebook recently that when he was booked for a tour in Nigeria last year by The Barbarian (Sionnne Vailahi), he ended up not getting paid. Benjamin warned that any wrestlers booked on a tour of Nigeria through Barbarian should get all funds up front. He added, “I held this in for a long time hoping that Barbarian would reconcile the situation, but like a true liar and thief, he nor anyone else answers calls or returns and if by accident they do pick up, they hang up immediately. Thank God I have and still make a good living, but I feel sorry for those guys who really depend on their payoffs.”
