Initial number estimates for last weekend’s Extreme Reunion event in Philadelphia were quite inflated. Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that actual attendance was around 1,700 and the gate was less than $75,000 (much lower from the initial $150,000 estimate). Regardless, it was still considered very successful for an independent show even though all five partners only made a very small profit on the show.
