Shane Helms agrees to deal with Lucha Libre USA

Former WCW and WWE star Shane “The Hurricane” Helms announced on his “Highway 2 Helms” podcast on Wednesday night that he has signed a deal with the Lucha Libre USA promotion on MTV2.
