New report on Hogan/Bischoff deals with TNA

While a report yesterday stated that the new deals Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff signed with TNA was believed to be for another two years according to Mike Johnson, a new report by Jason Powell of Prowrestling.net reports that the deals may be entirely separate.

According to this new report, when Hogan signed with TNA back in October of 2009 it included at least one additional year at TNA’s option. So it would appear that TNA “trigged a renewal clause” as stated by Powell to extend the original deal. The belief is that Eric Bischoff also restructed his deal with the company when he was promoted to the executive producer role back in March.
