TNA star Jeff Hardy is scheduled to return to court today in Moore County, North Carolina around 2:00 p.m. Eastern. Hardy, who makes his return to TNA television on tonight’s Impact Wrestling, is facing drug trafficking charges following his arrest in September of 2009.
