Giants Wire on Twitter noted MetLife Stadium and the NFL’s New York Giants would be making an announcement on Friday about a “major event” coming to the stadium.
As we reported back in January, WrestleMania 35 was expected to be held at MetLife Stadium next year and that the expected date would be April 7, 2019.

WWE held WrestleMania 29 at MetLife Stadium back in 2013 headlined by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson vs. John Cena for the WWE Championship in the main event.
